Situation
AST was utilizing its existing ERP system, along with email and Excel Workbooks, to manage its leads and sales pipeline. However, the process of sending leads through email from various websites and pages required a significant amount of manual effort for distribution and follow-up. AST recognized the need for a streamlined approach that would provide the entire team with visibility into accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and related activities. Additionally, they sought to implement a direct web form to lead, eliminating the reliance on email.
Solution
CongruentX partnered with the AST team, Motion IT department (the parent company), and AST website vendors to deliver a solution using Dynamics D365 CE. This solution seamlessly integrated with the existing ERP, Web Forms, and implemented a lead-to-opportunity process specifically designed to align with AST's business model.
Result
The result was increased efficiency in lead management and routing, sales pipeline management, and providing the entire AST team with increased visibility to sales pipeline and account management.

Situation
SOLV was looking for a partner that could assist in migrating their disparate applications and systems to a single source of information with the Dynamics365CE online platform.
Solution
First phase of a multi-phase engagement involved migration from the current platform for Insurance Plans processing. The configuration of the Dynamics365CE solution involved supporting plan creation, renewals, and commission processing The congruentX team designed, built, and supported testing and training on the Dynamics365CE application. The engagement also included data migration from the legacy system and the creation of two custom Canvas Apps to drive efficiency in data entry for plan maintenance and commissions processing
